With Young Living comes a more natural and healthy way of living, …you just want to be healthier! So my husband and I have really picked up the pace with our living healthier portion. We have decided to change to a macronutrient lifestyle. Sounds complicated right? Well it isn’t as hard as it sounds! Macronutrients are fats, carbohydrates and proteins. It’s basically a balancing act, higher protein, lower fats and carbohydrates. There’s even an app (mynetdiary)  that shows you the numbers you need in a day. Use the free version, it’s awesome! I’m feeling great and losing weight. This healthier lifestyle is the way we plan on staying!  Here is an awesome way to eat chicken, we tried this and LOVED it!

2 garlic cloves roasted (I did ours in the toaster/convection oven)

About 1/2 cup spinach fresh or frozen 

About 6 artichoke hearts

2 TBS olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all in food processor until almost smooth. Then stuff into chicken breasts, we had 3, (2 large and one small)so vary recipe for more/less. Then bake in oven at 350 for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. It’s an awesome dish!
